By using MyFindZo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and other applicable policies displayed on the platform.

4. Business and Seller Listings
Businesses, sellers and service providers are responsible for providing accurate and genuine information about their business, products and services.
MyFindZo reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, modify or remove any listing that violates applicable law, these Terms or platform policies.
Businesses and sellers must not upload misleading, fraudulent, illegal, counterfeit or unauthorized products or information.
5. Products and Services
Product images, descriptions, specifications, colours and other information are provided for general reference. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturer specifications, screen settings or other legitimate reasons.
Product availability, prices, offers and delivery timelines may change without prior notice.
Where a product or service is supplied by a third-party seller or service provider, the applicable seller/service provider may be responsible for fulfilment, quality, warranty and after-sales support, subject to applicable law and the policies displayed on MyFindZo.
6. Orders and Payments
Users are responsible for reviewing their order details, delivery information, quantity, price and other relevant information before placing an order.
MyFindZo or the relevant seller reserves the right to cancel or reject an order where there is an incorrect price, product unavailability, suspected fraud, technical error, policy violation or any other legitimate reason.
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and payment processing timelines.
Users must use their own valid payment method and must not use another person's card, bank account or payment instrument without proper authorization.

Users must not:
- Use MyFindZo for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

- Upload or promote illegal, counterfeit or unauthorized products.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

14. Cancellation and Refund
